Ordering

How do I amend or cancel an order?

All of our rude cards are printed on demand and posted as quickly as possible, and it may not always be possible to cancel or amend your order. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Please note, we're unable to amend or cancel personalised products after they have gone to print.

How do I track my order?

All of our cards are delivered by Royal Mail Second Class as standard which means they aren't trackable. However, if you've splashed the cash and upgraded to a trackable service, your tracking number will be on your dispatch email.

My order hasn't arrived

Oh no, we're sorry to hear that. If you order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, please contact our team.

How do I use a Promotional Code

Well look at you getting a cheeky little discount. You'll be able to slide your promotional code in at the checkout.

My order arrived damaged

Oh no, we're sorry to hear that. We pack all of our orders with care and send everything in board backed envelopes. But if your postie has been a bit rough and your card is damaged, please get in touch with our team and we will put it right.

Will all my order items be dispatched together?

That depends, everything is made by our team so everything will be dispatched out at the same time. However sometimes, our posters may be sent separately to our cards if ordered together.

What delivery options are available?

The price of our cards includes Second Class Delivery as standard, however you can also upgrade to either First Class or Tracked for an additional fee. For more information about our delivery, please click here. Orders placed before 10pm are dispatched the following working day.

Our Rude Cards

Can I personalise a card?

Yes, we have a range of rude cards that can be personalised. You can now also add an inside message to most of our cards.

What size are the cards and what are they made from?

It's not always the size that counts, but all of our cards are A5 and are printed on high-quality 300gsm Gloss card.

Can I send a card directly to the recipient?

You can now send your rude card directly to the recipient. It's pretty easy to do, click on the check box just above the "Add to basket" button. Here you will be able to add a message that will be printed on the inside of your card.

No matter if it's lovey-dovey or downright filth, please double check your message, as personalised products cannot be returned or cancelled once printed.

Then simply change your shipping address at checkout if you're sending your card direct to the recipient.

Some products are excluded from "Send to them", this includes all of our Sale products. If you need further assistance, please get in touch with our team.

Do all rude cards come with an envelope?

Obviously.

What payment options can I use?

You can pay online using all major Credit and Debit cards, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Unfortunately, we no longer accept Cash, IOUs or Dickpics.
