All of our rude card orders are posted as quickly as possible, and it may not always be possible to cancel or amend your order. Please contact us and we will do our best to help.

No problem, if you send us an email to hello@wottahoot.co.uk with your Full Name, Order Number and the new address you'd like us to send your order.
So we can action your change as quickly as possible to avoid any delays, please make sure you provide all of the information required for us to update your order.

All of our cards are delivered by Royal Mail and if you've selected our free delivery option, they're send out second class which means they aren't trackable.
However if you've upped your stalker level game and upgraded your order to include a trackable delivery, then your tracking number should be available in your dispatch email and your online account. Can't see it for looking? No problem, reach out to our team and we will find it for you.

Oh no, we're sorry to hear that. We pack all of our orders with care and send everything in board backed envelopes. But if your postie has been a bit rough and your card is damaged, please get in touch with our team and we will put it right.

Yes, everything is in stock ready to go, so everything will be sent together.

The price of our cards includes Second Class Delivery as standard, however you can upgrade to First Class, Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 for an additional fee. For more information about our delivery, please click here. Orders placed before 10pm are dispatched the following working day.

No, we currently don't have any personalised cards.
What size are the cards and what are they made from?

It's not always the size that counts, but all of our cards are A5 and are printed on high-quality 300gsm Gloss card.
Can I send a card directly to the recipient?

You can, but it will be blank. We no longer offer printed inside messages in our cards.
