Delivery times are estimates not a promise. Only Next Day Guaranteed is actually guaranteed.
Order in plenty of time for their birthday or big day. If it turns up late because you're so fucking unprepared, that one's on you, not us.
From our hands to theirs
Before 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Your message, printed inside if you've added one.
Packed up and with Royal Mail that same afternoon.
Through the letterbox, straight to you or to them.
Skip the post office.
Add your message inside, pop their address in at checkout, and we'll post it straight to them. No stamps, no queue, no chance to bottle it.
The boring bit
Cards sent back to us because you can't write your address properly are refunded minus the delivery cost once they reach us.
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, get in touch and we'll sort it.
Orders after 3pm Friday go out Monday. Royal Mail doesn't deliver on Sundays or bank holidays.
